Wonderful service! The lady who answered the phone treated me as though I were the most important person she was speaking to that day! She listened to what I wanted and gave me a better idea! Cheerful, competent, organized, and so nice! I will definitely call A Perfect Bloom again!

I called two other places before I called A Perfect Bloom in Collierville. I chose them because I was not impressed with the previous local florists that I had called before trying them. The customer service alone was better than anywhere else. The lady I spoke with was super friendly and helpful. That is when I knew that I was in good hands. They communicated with me on delivery status while we were dealing with severe winter weather and snow conditions. The next day, I received confirmation that they had been delivered on time. My friend sent me a pic of the flower arrangement and I was so happy to see just how beautiful they were. A Perfect Bloom in Collierville definitely deserves 5 stars. You can't beat their prices, phenomenal customer service and gorgeous flowers! I am so happy that I found them.

Thank you for the PERFECT Senior Night arrangement. The online ordering process and in-store pick up option were smooth and easy. The attention to detail with ribbon work and floral choices are excellent!

I knew nothing about flowers and had the most vague idea for my wedding...they absolutely blew me away!!! Great prices, awesome communication, and beautiful flowers and arrangements!!! They made everything so easy, they had tons of great ideas and suggestions for us, and everything turned out amazing! Highly recommend!

Phenomenal! I live out of state and wanted to gift my sister a beautiful arrangement. I originally went with another company but the order would have been delayed. Reached out to Perfect Bloom and they immediately began working on the order. I shared what I wanted and the call lasted roughly 8 minutes. Quick and efficient. It was out for delivery next morning. This will be my go to place to gift flowers for my loved ones in the Memphis area. Thanks for saving the day!

I placed an order from out of town. The owner was so accommodating. I wanted a different container and substitute a flower color and he did it! It is so beautiful!
